Q: Why is there "no signal" on the screen when the game console is connected to the TV?
A: It's because different countries have different voltages, so the console cannot be turned on. Please do not use your TV to power the console. You can try to use a mobile phone adapter (1A Current) to power it.

Q: Why is there "INITALIZE......" on the screen when the game console is connected to the TV?
A: The game stick may have crashed. Please try to unplug and plug in the power cord several times. Or remove the TF card from the game stick and reinstall it. If it still cannot ork, lease contact us to ask the game files and reinstall the game.

Q: Why P2 Control doesn't work？
A: P1 controller is the main controller that can be operated in the main menu. P2 controller can only work after two players start the game.

Q: Why are the controller buttons delayed and insensitive?
A: Please confirm the batteries are full of power or try to change new batteries.

Q: Why does the controller operate many times when the button is pressed once?
A: Firstly, please make sure you use the HDMI extension cable we sent you, and eliminate signal interference around the console; secondly, please reinstall the battery or exchange P1 and P2 of two controllers; thirdly, please try to adjust the distance between the console and controllers.If the gamepad is still out of control, please contact customer service in time!
